SALES   This event provides an opportunity for individuals to sell and/or swap goats.  THIS IS NOT AN AUCTION.  All sales are PRIVATE TREATY.  Purchasers will pay all monies directly to the sellers.   SPACES Spaces will be assigned to sellers.  Sellers may set up their own pens or goats may be left on trucks or trailers.   FEE $1.00 per goat for members of WCMGA with a maximum fee of $20.00 $2.00 per goat for non-members with a maximum fee of $40.00 Fees will be collected on animals upon arrival. Gates open at 8:00 a.m. Sale time is 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.    Used Equipment   Producers selling goats may also bring used goat equipment to sell.  Those selling new equipment must register as a vendor. For a vendor application, please contact Helen Batten at (478) 552-1471 or  goat_a_rama@yahoo.com   HEALTH PAPERS   All goats must be accompanied by HEALTH PAPERS.   Health papers are the responsibility of the seller. Georgia Department of Agriculture requirements are as follows:   IV. A.
